Legal Basis for Processing

The Controller may process the User’s Personal Data if one of the following applies:

More Information on the Retention Period

Unless otherwise specified in this document, Personal Data will be processed and retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and it may be retained for a longer period due to a relevant legal obligation or based on the Users’ consent.

  • Personal Data collected for the formation of a contract between the Controller and the User shall be retained until said contract has been fully performed.

The Controller may retain Personal Data for an additional period when the User has given consent to such processing, provided that such consent remains valid.
